Your interaction with Pexir signifies a commitment to the legal provisions outlined in this document. If you find any part of these terms unacceptable, we request that you immediately cease using the platform and uninstall the application. Entering our digital environment establishes a formal agreement between you and the developers.

2. Scope of Services

3. User Qualifications & Conduct

Eligibility for a Pexir account is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. By maintaining a profile, you affirm your legal capacity to enter this agreement.

The visual interface, code, brand assets, and AI algorithms powering Pexir are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Any attempt to reverse engineer the software or reproduce the brand identity without express written consent is strictly forbidden.

5. Service Limitations

Pexir is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not provide warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Specifically, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated fashion visualizations or the constant, error-free operation of the social feed. Your reliance on any information provided through the service is strictly at your own risk.

6. Liability Constraints

In no event shall the operators of Pexir be held responsible for damages of any nature arising from your use of the application. This includes, without limitation, direct or indirect loss of data, loss of business profits, or personal interruptions that occur as a result of platform interaction, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
